Europa ICS is able to respond to and help resolve clients problems with local Environmental Heath Officers which relate to the cleaning down of the clients premises. Should an enforcement notice or the threat of one be issued to a clients premises, we will work with that E.H.Officer. to ensure that any potential down time is kept to a minimum, and the facility is certified as sterile on completion.

Europa Surveyors are fully trained in all aspects of Environmental Rapid Response, as well as Kitchen Deep Cleaning, Extract and Ventilation Cleaning, Marine Deep Cleaning, Food Poison Outbreaks, Bio Hazards Cleanup, Fire and Smoke Damage, all within the Catering Sector. During their induction training and assessment period, Europa Surveyors are required to carry out a number of cleans in each specialist area. This provides them with the "hands on" knowledge and experience required in guiding the client on the type and frequency of service they may require. Our Surveyors also act as Accounts Managers, assisting clients with future /ongoing cleaning programmes and site visits required over the contract period.

All Europa Service Teams are specialists in their particular discipline and they are only employed in the areas in which they are fully trained and knowledgeable. Europa Cleaning Teams Supervisors will liase with the clients or kitchen supervisor at the beginning and at the end of the clean to ensure that the clean is carried out as efficiently as possible and the client is fully satisfied with the service.
