Europa Surveyors are fully trained in all aspects of, Fire and Smoke Damage, as well as Environmental

 Rapid Response, Kitchen Deep Cleaning, Extract and Ventilation Cleaning, Marine Deep Cleaning,

 Food Poison Outbreaks, Bio Hazards, all within the Catering Sector.

During their induction training and assessment period, Europa Surveyors are required to carry out a

number of cleans in each specialist area. This provides them with the "hands on" knowledge and

experience required in guiding the client on the type and frequency of service they may require.

 Our Surveyors also act as Accounts Managers, assisting clients with future /ongoing cleaning programmes and site visits required over the contract period.

All Europa Service Teams are specialists in their particular discipline and they are only employed in the areas in which they are fully trained and knowledgeable. Europa Cleaning Teams Supervisors will liase with the clients or kitchen supervisor at the beginning and at the end of the clean to ensure that the clean is carried out as efficiently as possible and the client is fully satisfied with the service.
