When an outbreak of food poisoning occurs, be it campylobacter, salmonella, E.Coli or any other form, the results can be catastrophic to your business. Europa ICS can assist or fully manage your facility, working with the E.H.Officers to ensure that any potential down time is kept to a minimum and the facility is certified as sterile on completion.
Europa Surveyors are fully trained in all aspects of Food Poison Outbreaks, as well as Environmental Rapid Response, Kitchen Deep Cleaning, Extract and Ventilation Cleaning, Marine Deep Cleaning, Bio Hazards Cleanup, Fire and Smoke Damage, all within the Catering Sector. During their induction training and assessment period, Europa Surveyors are required to carry out a number of cleans in each specialist area. This provides them with the "hands on" knowledge and experience required in guiding the client on the type and frequency of service they may require. Our Surveyors also act as Accounts Managers, assisting clients with future /ongoing cleaning programmes and site visits required over the contract period.
All Europa Service Teams are specialists in their particular discipline and they are only employed in the areas in which they are fully trained and knowledgeable. Europa Cleaning Teams Supervisors will liase with the clients or kitchen supervisor at the beginning and at the end of the clean to ensure that the clean is carried out as efficiently as possible and the client is fully satisfied with the service.
